    Combining Times

I have attached a sheet as an example with the rules. I don't even know where to begin with the VBA code.

Basically I need a button click to sort the data by name, then start time. Next, evaluate the start & end times based on the rules that are provided on the sheet. Then give a code range (low to high). Lastly, place the listing on a new sheet in the same format as the original data.

The final data will not be as long as the original data duw to the combining of time windows.

Hope this message with the rules & examples included on the sheet will be enough to get a viable VBA code attached to a button. (BTW, I use exclusively .xls files in Excel 2003.)

    <SOLVED> Re: Combining Times

Like a champ! Thanks for the help. It doesn't give the Code range, but I'll see what I can do to get that issue worked out.

    Thanks again for your help!
