Return focus and escape from cell?

Hello all - having a little trouble getting focus back to my Excel window and escaping the current cell after a double click event.

Basically, when the user double clicks on a cell, the program loads something in another application... but I can't seem to get the focus back to Excel.

When I click on the window manually, I can see the cursor actively blinking in the cell that was double clicked upon.

Anybody know the easiest way to get around this (other than making my cells uneditable)?

what the click event code?
you may have to diable events?

The double-click event provides a cancel argument. Set that to true to avoid entering edit mode.
