macro to copy parts and replicate other parts of a column into a row in another sheet

I have simple excel form “Customer Request” and another workbook called “Customer Request database”. In “Customer Request” the requester has an option of inputting details for up to 4 products. I would like to write a macro whereby the details of “Customer Request” are captured into the “Customer Request database” in such a way that each product is captured on a separate row and all the other details are duplicated for each row.

For e.g. If the requester has input 3 products, then b3:b6 ,b9:b11 & b29:b32 are copied into the first empty row of “Customer Request database” and b3:b6 ,b14:b16 & b29:b32 are copied into the next row of “Customer Request database” and finally b3:b6 ,b19:b21 & b29:b32 are copied into the next row of “Customer Request database”.
