    Copy Cell comments

Here is what I'm trying to do...First off, I'm not a programmer at all...I hack together various different things to make them to what I want and call it a day... I'm just getting into the more complex macros of Excel!
I would like to click on a cell in Excel and copy the comments of that single cell to the copy buffer so that I can then paste that into another application like Notepad or something. That's it. It can be a single-click on the cell or a double-click on the cell, doesn't matter.
    Any help in this?
    Thanks in advance.

Hi tech_ed and welcome to the forum,

Put this code behind your sheet where the comments are. Then double click a cell that has a comment in it and see if you can use the Windows Clipboard to paste it somewhere.

I just got the chance to try this out and have to say, it works exactly as I was hoping for. It makes my job *MUCH* easier now...
Thanks for such a concise and quick answer to my issue.
