find text offset and sum

Hi,
I have a spreadsheet which is already running macros, it grabs data from other worksheets and arranges in in the report sheet.
In this sheet it adds grand totals to all the different chunks of data

What i need to find is all the grand totals "exact word" on the sheet and auto sum the cells next to it to the right
eg find "grand total" offset(0,1) sum
find the next "grand total" offset(0,1) sum
untill there are no grand totals left

Have a look at the SUMIF or SUMPRODUCT functions.
