    excel 2007 automatic email notification

Hi, I need a help here. I have a workbook and I want it to send email notifications automatically when a contract is due for renewal (45days before expiry) and again on the date it expires. I've seen a couple of posts/questions here same as mine and I tried to the same but I always fail. I can't run it. I'm using outlook in the office. I attached my sample workbook. Thanks in advance.

If you do a search there's several answers to this question. You should be able to adapt Ron de Bruin's code
    Hope that helps.

Re: excel 2007 automatic email notification

I'm so sorry if I'm really dumb on this. I can't figure out how to do it. To be clear on my requirement this is what I need my workbook to do. It should send out an email notification automatically that says "Contract is due for renewal" once a cell in column "L" reaches the value of "-45" and again once it reaches the value of "0" it will send an email that says "Contract expired" and should get the Vehicle ref no. set in column "B". It should pick-up email address set in column "S" and returns the email send out date in column "R". Hope these are all possible so to make my life easy as I have loads of these and I currently doing it manually. Thank you...
