New Data pasted over old data/Keeping static Text

    Hi all,

I am running a spreadsheet where a tab ("ETC") is pulling its data from another (Data being used). The data comes in and then I input comments in column W ("Your Comments"). Everything works great, except for the fact that when I get a new "Data" tab every month, I paste it over the "Old Data" tab. This leads to the "Your Comments" column to be out of sorts and not attached to its proper ID# anymore.

Is there any way (macro or no macro) to solve this problem?

I have attached the workbook. In the workbook I have explained exactly what happens in the last tab.

    Thanks in advance,

    Zack
