    Saving autoloading same workbook in macro 1004 error

    Is there a way to save and then reload the same workbook in a macro. I have to do this in order to bypass the 1004 copy error in excel 2003

    Hello Cluv,

    Since Microsoft dances around the root cause of this problem, there is not way to reliably predict how many sheets can be added before the error will occur. You can trying changing saving the sheets sooner, say when pag > 5.

    From what you have posted, it doesn't look as though a template would work for you in this situation. I could be wrong. You would need to post a sample workbook with original sheets and the copies before I can say for certain.
