    Macro for Shift-End-Up and CountIF

    Hi,

First of all thanks for you help. I have a spreadsheet like the one attached that I need a VBA code written for. I need a COUNTIF formula to count from the end of the first data to the top of that data and return a count of how many "Y" there are in that group. This formula will always be one below the data. The second COUNTIF is for the "N" in the same grouping. This formula will always be 2 spaces below the data. When I try to write the code myself, I can't use shift+end+up to get the correct data. Of course after I get the first set of data, I want to run the same macro for the second and third sets of data. This is just a small piece of the info and there are differences in the numbers in every grouping. Any help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Ryan
