read in folder names and file names

I've been searching for a thread that does something similar, but so far, no luck.

I want to create a macro that let's me navigate to a folder, read in that folder name, any sub-folder names, and the filenames within each sub_folder. If I run the macro more than once, I only want to add folder names, sub_folder names, and file names that don't already exist, i.e. no duplicates.

    Thanks.

Hey John, Thanks. That's close to what I want. I'm trying to find a way to just list the file names. Here's an idea of what I'm trying to accomplish.

    Thanks,
