Replace Latin Acute Char from Excel data

Hi,
I have data where so many diff. Latin Acute char in the data which I want to remove using excel macro or anything else. HOw do I do this ?. Is there any funciton available which I cna run to replace with ASCI format ?

example: replace acute ś with s and so on. There are so many diff such char I like to replace automatically.

Thanks for your advise. This is what I did for time being but we have such data keep coming all the time and I was looking for long term automated solution which allows me to replace all specific char with specific char.

All the character listed in section "Extended ASCII characters". I want to replace with corresponding alphabets. Unfortunately I am unable to type those character.
