Displaying full values combobox - userform

Hi,

I am trying to figure out how to display more that eight digits on the left side of my combobox in the userform. When I click on the combo box I can see PayID (8digits are displayed) and EmployeeName next to it which is showing in full. How can I make the PayID to be shown in full too? I have provided we a code that I am using in the cbox.

Try changing the column width values.

Hi Andy,

Thank you for quick response it does work thank you very much. Do you mind helping me insted of displaying 1 value to display the second instead?
For example when I click on the cbox no with your help, I can see full PayID and Employee Name, once I select that, the PayID is displayed. How I could display Employee number instead so it can hep the user to know which employee they have selected (they may forget PayID)

The combobox control will only display 1 value in the textbox part of the control.

If you want to display data from the other columns of the selected item you will need to do so using a Label control
