I am hopeful that someone can help me with this problem. I am looking to create an invoice in excel based on a some data in another table. For instance, if Tabitha were to purchase 3 items at various times during the day I want to find those items that she purchases and move those fields to another sheet. I want to search for different people based on their phone number. I have attached the workbook that I am trying to accomplish this with. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've created an Advanced Filter on your first page with the criteria from the phone number on the second page. Then just did like you did with formulas on the second page. Find it attached.
BTW - I had to rename the Phone Number to Phone # as you had two columns named that.

That is not quite what I was looking to do. I want to be able to enter new phone numbers in the invoice entry cell and then have the invoice update automatically. I know how to lookup the first instance but what about multiple instances of the same person?
