Dynamic userform

Hi,

Could someone please help me with creating a dynamic userform?

I have attached an example worksheet of what I want to do. I have a sheet with several options (checkboxes) and I want the user to be able to check/uncheck any combination of these and for these to then appear/not appear on a userform.

e.g.
- on sheet 1 a user selects checkbox 1, 3 and 5
- they launch the userform and it now contains 3 checkboxes (with the names checkbox 1, 3 and 5).
- If they later change their selections (eg. by selecting all of the checkboxes on sheet 1), the next time they launch the userform it would now contain 7 checkboxes (and ideally would have been resized).
