Dividing up large worksheets of data.

I currently do alot of manual dividing up of data from one large worksheet into 4-5 seperate worksheets for assignment to analysts. Is there any way to open a master worksheet, then have a macro or something split, lets say 60 rows of data, into 5 seperate worksheets of 12 rows of data each? Same formatting, same type of data. This would just make it much easier than having to copy and paste all necessary data rows to seperate worksheets. Thanks!!

Yep ... easy ... but first you'd have to indicate what criteria to use for the division i.e. just chop by every 60 rows ? Or divide each time a specific columns value changes ? etc etc For example you might have analyst names in a column "A" and want to divide workload up based on that name ? yada-yada-yada

The analyst's name won't be in the data sample. We just get a large download sample every month and I divide it up to the analysts. What I want to do is divide the total number of rows by the number of analysts and then divide it up appropriately. It does not matter who gets which rows, random is fine. Thanks!
