Sort and copy from 1 sheet to another

    Hi,
Please could someone help me with this problem, I have attached a workbook so you can look at it, I need to sort and move information from the timesheets to the slips.
I don't know how to chech the names from the time sheet and put them in the correct place in the slips.

    Many Thanks

    One way might be

1/. Sort Sheet "TIME SHEET" by Name then by Date

2/. Put a drop-down list with Names in Sheet "SLIPS" A2

    3/. In Sheet "SLIPS" B2
Please Login or Register to view this content.
Drag Across to Column F then down to Row 10
You will have to Reformat Columns C:F after this, the formula will drag the date format with it.

Change the selection in the Drop-down in A2 to see the results.

If you still need individual Slips then I have copied one example to B15 to let you see the changes you will have to make to each slip table.

Note I didn't notice that "CASH BREAKDOWN" changed when I deleted some rows during testing. The sheet is Pasword Protected therefore I can't fix it, it's not a problem if you know the password.

    Hope this helps
