VBA From the Web Data Import in Spreadsheet

Ok so I have a sheet that automatically creates URLs which I want to use to create web queries however I am not sure how to code for this.

    The idea is that:
    1) you would check to see if the url is already associated in a web query
    2) If it is not it is added and its output is appended to the area in which other web queries end up.

Alternatively if there is a way to create a non-permanent web query which doesn't associate itself with the workbook then you could simple create something that would go through every url and execute the query and dump it in the appropriate spot.

This is likely unclear and/or neither of the methods I supplied are valid ways of approaching the problem however if you have any ideas please let me know.
