How to copy a range on one page and list in order on another page?

I have two worksheets: 'Name and Scores' and 'Names and Rankings'

On the Names and Scores page, there are two columns. Column A is person's name. Column B is entered test scores.

I want those columns brought over to the Names and Rankings page and listed in order from low score to high score.

How do I do that?

Ex.
Name and Scores Names and Rankings
Person 1, 85 Person 2, 76
Person 2, 76 Person 1, 85
Person 3, 88 Person 3, 88
