Format the text matching to adjacent cell

i have attached a excel file i have represented input in 2 column and output in 2 column where the name is to be constant and their characteristics are to be arranged at the adjacent cell in same cell with comas...in the input there may be repetetion in characteristics but no repetetion in name
pease help me arrange using some formula or some coding
this should be done for 7000 lines
