Find Text, Select range below, copy, paste to new work sheet

Hi All

I have a workbook with several different sheets. I need VBA code to select worksheet title "Forecast Sheet" find the cell the contains the text "TOTAL PROJECT SUMMARY:" in column "B". This Summary is located on a different row each workbook.

Copy this cell and the following 5 rows below as well as data from these same rows but in columns X & Z

Copy and Paste to worksheet titled "Variance and Exec Sum" 2 rows below a cell that contains "Budget Incl:VO's (Hours)"

I am very new to VBA and forums, so please let me know if i have done wrong
