multiple correlation calculations in large worksheet

I want to be able to able to find matching pairs across multiple data sets so that I can quickly see the best 3 matches for every data set in the series. Typically I have up to 2000 data sets that I want to find matches for using up to 200 data entries for each. I've attached a small representative table of data.
Can anybody help with this or do I need to find myself a professional programer.
