Wink Saving sheets for future reference

    Hi every one,

I am 67 years old and learning to program from books and with your help and it is going very well (I think), thank you.

My program is a 12 monthly booking program for a guest house, and my question is:

To save the sheets for future reference, can I ad a book to my present project to save these files in, or must I create a new project to do so. If I am not on the right track please advice me and give me an idea which way to go, and shortly how to do it.

Thank you and have a nice day

    Vic

    Hi Vic Schoeman,
Maybe just use "Save As" to save the workbook with the year in titla and store in another folder

Re: Saving sheets for future reference

Hi Pike, thank you. I did not explain to you that I want to add each passing months info to the archive
So as a month has passed, I want to move it to the archive and then I will add a new sheet to the present book.
My problem is adding the months info to the archive

    Thanks

    Vic

    What is the problem?
if you are using "/" in the sheet name try "_" instead
