Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control modification

Is there a way to modify the Microsoft Date and Time Picker Control so that the red circle that shows todays date, instead circles a day that is 10 days from today?

I use the date to manually select a NEED BY DATE for customers and instead of todays date being circled, I would like it to circle the soonest the customer can receive their cabinets, which is 10 days from today. This way, I have an easy reference and know at a glance, the absolute soonest cabinets are available.
