Sending Multiple Emails from Excel data through MS. Out Look

Guys I'm new to this Forum and I need your technical help to save some of my time at work

Attached is the excel worksheet which has VBA code which helps us to send confirmation mails to the requesters who submitted a payment request...

Draw back of this code is it generated single mail every time... is there any chance of creating multiple mails at a go ??

If so could you please offer your help..

There are several ways to do this depending upon what you wish to do.
Do you wish to send emails to all?
Do you to send to all if a previous email has NOT been sent?
Do you wish to select to whom emails are sent?

What I'd suggest is adding an additional column to the worksheet in which you'd place an indicator on those items you wish to send then loop through that new column to create an email for all selected items.

My question would be, after the email is sent, what happens to those items that have been selected...do they get deleted or marked as sent? I'd think you'd not want to select the same item again...or would you?

Let me know...I've worked with this before and its relatively straight forward.

Try the attached. Double click in Column AM to place a check mark on the rows you wish to email. Double click again will remove the check mark.

- Go to your first post on the thread
- Click edit
- Click Advance
- Just below the word "Title:" you will see a dropdown with the word No prefix.
- Change to Solved
- Click Save
