Change page of multipage with click of checkbox

I have two checkboxes on page1 of a multipage with the codes above behind them; the multipage has 2 pages.

I would like to add additional functionality to these checkboxes so if either of them is clicked page2 of the multipage will automatically display. I have tried using the two codes below but they don’t work when the two codes above are also linked to the checkboxes. Can you help me combine the functionalities of these four different codes into two?

NB. The first page of a multipage has value 0, the second page value 1
