Undo converting numbers to dates

I'm importing some values from a web.

32.5
2.8

(Because of regional settings)

I get

32.5
2.aug (This actually become 2.8.2011)

Since they are already converted into dates I need a macro that wil change original values into numbers with a comma:

32,5
2,8
