I've looked everywhere for a solution to this, and nothing seems to work. I've tried ExcelPipe, Mass Find and Replace for Excel, and various other programs, along with many macros I've found online.

All I need to to do is take data in the following form:

403-398.jpg
403-398-T.jpg
403-398-S.jpg
2934-4-405.jpg
2934-4-405-T.jpg
2934-4-405-S.jpg

and replace it with:

403-1853.jpg
403-1853-T.jpg
403-1853-S.jpg
2934-4-200.jpg
2934-4-200-T.jpg
2934-4-200-S.jpg

based on a table like this to compensate for varied names:

-398-, -1853-
-398., -1853.
-405-, -200-
-405., -200.

So I have one spreadsheet with about 31,000 filenames that need to be changed, and another sheet with the two-column table of the numbers that need replacing.
Once this is somehow done, I'll need to rename files based on that new list; but that's another issue...Unless there was some way to mass find an rename files based on an my replace table, that'd work too but I doubt that a solution like that is easy to find.

Thanks in advance, and apologies if this has already been solved.
