Locating Max Date based on adjacent cell

Dear Excel folks,

I am trying to write a vba code that can identify the max date from column using based on an adjacent value as reference
Have tried using of array formulas but it slows down the processing time quite considerably

Below is a sample ranging from A1 to C8

3 | Jane Doye | 01/01/2004 | No
4 | Jane Doye | 01/01/2008 | No

6 | Jane Doye | 01/01/2010 | Yes
7 | Jane Doye | 01/01/2009 | No
8 | Tom Smith | 01/01/2008 | No

Basing on the above example, once the macros is triggered, column C will display string "Yes" if the row contains the latest date - based on the individual in column A
