Transpose Data to rows

Good Morning,

I am looking for assistance here.
Please see example attachment showing how I wish the data split up.

Tab named "Dump", is how I receive the data.

Tab named "Data" is how I wish to split the data up into columns.

Tab named "HistoryData" is just the history portin only showing at the bottom of each data block

I hope this makes sense, I am hopeless at VBA, so any help will be grateful!!
