Smiley faces, traffic lights and forms

    Hi All

Is it possible to create a form and depending on what a user puts in a particular field, a smiley, straight or sad face is returned. It would be ideal to have these faces in their respective green, amber and red.
I've seen it done on a work sheet and had a go with the help of this thread using conditional formatting. I have a basic understanding of forms and vba, but if anyone had come across this before and/or has the code, it would be a real life saver.

Essentially i'm trying to capture data from colleagues through a form, but i really want to be able to give them some initial feedback on their responses.

Thanks for any advice you can give

    Ben

Re: Smiley faces, traffic lights and forms

Thanks for the info - these are the smiley faces im looking for.
Any ideas how i get these from various numeric values in a text box? i.e. <10 sad >40 happy

In an ideal world i'll be able to compare the figures in two text boxes and give a smiley dependant on the percentage of the second figure against the first - or something along these lines.

Thinking i might need to stop being so lazy and learn a bit more, but was hoping someone had done this before

    Thanks for your help again
