Compile Error: Can't find project or library

Hello,

Last time i did some excel vba using excel 2003, but after changing to 2007, my program can't work. The error says like this : Compile Error: Can't find project or library.
How could I solve this?
I've upload the file for reference

Looks like the Viso reference maybe causing you a problem.

In vbe use Tools > References. This will display a dialog of the valid and missing references.

I've just checked that Andy & it says RefEdit is missing

The missing item(s) will depend on your setup, Refedit was okay for me but I do not have Viso.

Try clearing the reference that's missing be clicking the x
