Exclamation Help to extract report from columns to userform listbox

    Hello,
I am using excel for daily attendance for technicians.
I have name in four columns a,b,c,d are different person name.
When I extract one person name, it should extract from four columns and
    to show report.

    example:
    ..... a ...... b ...... c ...... d ...... date
    charles yyyy ffffff eeee 12.12.2010
    yyyy charles ffffff eeee 13.12.2010

    report is:
    name date
    charles 12.12.2010
    charles 13.12.2010

check among 4 columns and find the name match to criteria and show report.

Please help me to solve this.

    Regards
    Charles

Why set the data horizontally, it would be much better vertically
    Hope that helps.

Ok, Thanks for your kind advise.

If it suite in vertically also ok for me. But per day 3 Technician going for one job.
same like more three hundred technician going for job.

It will be useful for me if in horizantal way. If you guide me in vertical and if it gives me result means ok for me.

    Thanks advance. Please help me.

Re: Help to extract report from columns to userform listbox

    Hello Roy,

    Thanks you.
So I can use formula to "concatenate" to three names in one single cell.
But I need to find one name at a time. If I enter a one of three names, can I get
report for one name i typed.

    example:
A1 cell shows name like :869 Ebin / 771 Suri / 763 Eswar (using concatenate formula)
    B1 cell shows name like :610 Ahsr / 665 Mercy / 323 Raju(using concatenate formula)

If I typed 665 Mercy, I should get report in name column "610 Ahsr / 665 Mercy / 323 Raju.

    Thanks in Advance
    Regards
    Charles
