VBA to delete cells that are blank and 0, move to left

I need a relatively quick code to:
1. Delete cells that are blank or have a zero in it in columns E-N
2. Move those cells to the left

Need to do this until a blank in column B is located which could go to row 3000 easily.

I've attached a test sheet. All help is most appreciated!
