Calculate value using VBA, based on data in excel

Hi, I need help writing a VBA code to calculate values using raw data in excel. The attached file has some sample data and yellow highlight has formula. There are additional fields such as Fweek, Fmonth, Regions, Sub-regions etc. The actual data as over 40 permutation combinations and the manual job is cumbersome. I am trying to create a form where I can choose the the variables that I need and the code can generate the required output. I am new to VBA and the forum and I can create the basic form but I need help with how to code so as to run calculations basis what I choose from the form. If I can get help with one, will do the rest...
