Not sure about simplifying it because I'm not sure what it's trying to do ... what does the data look like? ... but you can shorten it a little:

What I was thinking was:
If column E (every cell in that column) in worksheet 2 contains ONLY words "adr" or "" (nothing) then cut row from worksheet 1 to worksheet 2.
OR... IF it's easier for you:
If column E (every cell in that column) in worksheet 2 doesn't contains word "hrana" then cut row from worksheet 1 to worksheet 2.
When I said "Simplify dozens of IF functions in macro" I meant make the same result without so many IF function.
