Controlled vba screen scrolling

I have a very interactive spreadsheet designed for making software project estimates. It consists of many different templates, forms, spreadsheets, etc. I am in the process of desinging a tutorial that takes the first time user through all of the tabs, with msgbox's that point out the key points on each sheet. Is it possible to code in a scroll? All of the spreadsheets are designed to be one screen wide, but most are long, during the tutorial on certain pages I would like the screen to SLOWLY scroll down then up, between (during if possible, but i doubt it) message boxes.

You could use a modeless userform and use application.ontime to scroll the sheet downwards & upwards.

Perhaps my post made me sound much smarter than I am

and perhaps you underestimate yourself, as relative to me you are definitely a guru

Would you mind explaining a little further? Currently I just have a button on the intro page that says "Tutorial" and it takes you right through all the sheets, one sheet at a time, always rehiding them after the sheet. Anyway to integrate a scroll right into that macro to where it scrolls while certain sheets are activated?

I made something up for you: cfr. the attachment.

Open the workbook; click the button and have some patience.....
Every 5 seconds the window will be scrolled down by 5 rows.
If you close the userform the repeating macro will be ended.

Wouldn't a screen recorder be more useful to create help videos?

Yes a screen recorder would be ideal, but I dont have that software. What do you reccomend using and I can maybe check into it?
