Input Box & cut copy paste disabling from ribbon

Hello All,

I am problem finding a solution for disabling cut copy & paste from excel ribbon. I also

want help for creating a input box for password and allowing 3 attempts for password

insert, displaying *** charac only and displaying inputbox whenever workbook is open.

I appreciate the kind gesture of friends who are helping and spreading the knowledge.
