Extracting data from several identically-formatted webpages

Hi,

I have a very specific task I am trying to complete. The only way its worth my time is with a macro, given there are about 300 webpages I am trying to extract the same table from.

Background:
I currently have the name of about 300 economic zones in China, with each name being a hyperlink to the website where I found this list. Each of these listings has an identically-formatted table. And I want to be able to extract this table from the webpage for each listing. The some simple transposing may need to be done so that the data table is organized horizontally rather than vertically.

Extracting from web automatically consolidates from "rating" to "administration committee" into one table - this is the table I need.

Attached is the list of hyperlinks which I want to extract from.

I have never worked with macros in this manner, so I was hoping someone could help me out.
