    Question Hangup/crash after changing chart axis type, help!

    I'm having an issue with Excel 2010 where the application freezes after changing an axis of a chart from default to logarithmic. This is either similar to or the same as a problem outlined here:

    This guy was using 2007, though.
    I tried downloading the hotfix they linked to, but when running it got the message "There are no products affected by this package installed on this system."

    Augh!!! Can anyone help me with this?
