VBA to sort column descending - can't get it right!

Morning.

I have a table with columns A to H and an unknown number of rows (Row 1 containing headers). The table is named as "Rng".


Column B contains numbers and I want to sort column B in descending order. I've tried several examples but they don't work for me as they all seem to work for me. I've tried recording a macro but that fails as well and it is, frankly, doing my nut in!
