Copy files from list and rename

Hi there,

I am trying to copy files from one set of folders to another set and then rename the newly copied files. As there are so many files and the names are quite meaningless (lots of numbers etc) and the only thing which needs to be renamed in each is the month number, I have listed all files and folders in the attached workbook.

Please see.

As detailed in the attached workbook - is it possible to copy all files from a specified folder to another and rename to the filename detailed in another cell.

Any ideas or a better approach to this is welcome
