Check if two cells are equal and copy, paste cell if true

    Hello,
This is what i need : when i enter a name in the first sheet (cells in collumns I,M or Q) to check in sheet Riders 1955-1970 for the name(check for equal cells) and when the cells are equal to copy the cell next to the equal one (in collumn A) in Riders 1955-1970 and paste it in the cell next to the other equal one (collumn H,L or P). I tried with vlookup but i get "#N/A".

    For cell H4, try this:

    =INDIRECT(ADDRESS(MATCH(I4,ACCORDI_Renzo,0)+3,1,,,"Riders 1955-1970"))
