Check if a Word File is Open and If Open Close it with Excel VBA.

Dear Forum,

I want to close a Word File from Excel with the help of a MAcro/VBA if its already open and if its not open then just leave at that,

Please help me with a code.

Dear Kenneth,

It works well however it keeps an instance of WOrd Open which has no doc or Blank Word..

can that be closed too?
