Find Last Filled Cell In Column And Calculate

I have a Weight Loss Spreadsheet that I would like to share the Results with multiple people but limit each worksheet with the individual user.
    Goals:
    • Only the results worksheet should be viewed by everyone, i.e. Mary worksheet should only be viewed by Mary.
    • Find the last filled in cell from E4 to E26 then find the percentage of that with the cell above it.
    • Post the result in the Result worksheet in column E with the correct user, i.e. post Mary's results on Mary's row.
    • Enter the date of the last entry from the worksheet onto the Results worksheet next to the percentage column (E)
Would it be best to have one Button on the Results tab called "Update" that will do this?
Attached is a basic sample of the worksheets. Thanks for all the help.

Works Great! Would it be to difficult to:
    • Delete the current results on the Results tab prior to displaying the new results so that the rows do not increase.
    • Instead of displaying the % of weight left, show the % of weight lost from the previous weigh in.

Thats it other than I need to figure out how each user can only see his/her tab but everyone can see the Results tab.

    Thank you

    As a matter of interest
You could do this without macros

    With Sheet "Result"
    In D5
Please Login or Register to view this content.

    In E5
Please Login or Register to view this content.
    Drag/Fill Both Down

Then format ColumnE Number Format > Custom
    Type:=
Please Login or Register to view this content.

Add a weight to any sheet (keep the lists in Column E continous), i.e. don't leave dates without a weight before entering the next weight.

    Just a thought.

    P.S.
Would have posted this earlier but couldn't access the forum.

Re: Find Last Filled Cell In Column And Calculate

Thanks for the tip but it didn't seem to get what I needed. Basically when any user clicks on the Calculate button I would like the Results tab to be wiped clean of previous data and then only display the latest line of data from each tab.

    User Tab name
    Date of last entry
    % of difference (+/-) from prevous week. i.e. -2.55%

That way each user can log in and input their own data whenever they like and see the latest results from everyone else.

The code that you sent (thank you) doesn't wipe the previous data out, it just adds more rows.

Have you tried the workbook in Post #4?

Seems to me it does what you need without buttons and VBa, it recalculates the results immediately the next weight is added to the individual sheets
