Table of Possible Combinations

I am trying to make a table of all possible combinations of 6 letters (A, B, C, D, E, F). The table has 6 columns representing the order of the 6 letters and 720 rows for the 720 possible combinations of orders of letters. What formula or function can I use to easily make this table?
