Absolute Cell Ref plus 1

Hi all,

I am compiling answers from a stack of customer feedback forms (hard copies). I have numerous questions with multiple choice answers for each question.

I want to have a button for each multiple choice answer so I can simply select

Item durability Item Fit Item choice

Excellant 1 Excellant 0 Excellant 0

Good 5 Good 4 etc...

Bad 1 etc... Bad 1 etc...

I have tried the below which I found on a forum and had applied to the buttons, but It means I have to keep moving the selection to the relevant cell, then hit the button. I want each button to be linked to an absolute cell reference. Any ideas?
