finding the names of the values within a formula

i have a simple SUM formula =B3+E5 in B10 , which gives me a certain value ... i have names of these cells which i have to write manually to recall what this cell is all about .... can anyone please tell me a function something like =Function(B10) where it automatically finds what the name of the two values are .... the names appear in the adjacent columns !

i have explained it more clearly in the uploaded file (Book1)

=DocumentFormula(B8,"+","-")

a full list of delimiters can be used.

i just need to know how will this function help me in a more complicated equation ... i have attached the file and have tried to complicate it as much as possible
