Copying rows from multiple worksheets to a single shared worksheet based on condition

I have multiple worksheets that i use to track deficiency reports. While they are being answered, they remain in an open status and are tracked by a second "Outstanding" worksheet. I have been updating this worksheet manually before our morning meetings. I am trying to automate the updating of this outstanding sheet based on data input on other sheets. Basically i have set it up using functions to flag a row as open or closed. I was able to do one sheet at a time, but id like to update from all sheets using one macro. I am pretty new to this, and this isn't the most elegant way im sure. im just modifying some existing code i found. Its giving me an Error 424 now. So, could someone please help me out here?

Also, is there a way to call the macro without manually running it? Perhaps when i update data in one of the parent worksheets? Thanks in advance.

Here is what i have now:

If it would be easier to just export updated data to a separate workbook, that would actually be preferable. But, whatever is cleanest.

I have been looking through the site and forums and dont think i am much closer to a solution. I can not attach a workbook due to the sensitive nature of its contents. I tried using a modified version of this code as well, but its giving me syntax errors when i paste it.
