Excel to Lotus Notes

Quick question.

I have an e-mail distribution macro that I use to distribute various e-mails via Lotus notes.
Is it possible, with VBA, to copy a table from Excel directly into the body of an e-mail in Lotus notes?

At the moment this is being done manually.

I also need to avoid converting the excel information into a bitmap image as the content needs to be readable from a blackberry.

I hav'nt yet started working on this, just a colleague of mine has told me here that it is not possible so I just wanted to get the opinion of you clever folk before getting stuck in to a dead end project or abandoning the idea al together.
