Problem emailing macro enabled files to fellow office staff

When I send this macro to anyone in the office I work with it does not work. But it works on my office computer (that I wrote in on) and it works on my home computer. I saved it to "This Workbook'. Should I have saved it to the Personal Macro Workbook (& if so would I need to email this personal file & would the recipient need to take any special action?).
